30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation, receipt, or proof of purchase.
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and sealed for hygiene and safety reasons.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong item.
To help us evaluate the issue, please email us at info@lunaraskin.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
If your claim is approved, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned.
We do not accept returns for:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you receive the product you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that opened or used personal care and skincare products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We’ll then let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your return is approved due to an error on our side, we may provide a return shipping label or offer another suitable solution.
