Standard estimated delivery times are:

Shipping Rates

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any available free shipping option will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

If your tracking information has not updated after this period, please contact our support team.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first for the most accurate delivery information.

You may also contact our support team, and we will help investigate the issue where possible. However, we are not responsible for carrier delays or packages lost after confirmed delivery.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item or packaging.

We will review your case and offer a suitable solution where applicable.
